Data Explorer Overview

The SALSA-SGC explorer is a dynamic web app built for exploring and querying the SALSA-SGC cohort, data, and samples. Use this tool to gain insights into the available resources within SALSA-SGC and build tailored cohorts for your research applications.

Please note that data and samples held at the Macquarie site are included in this tool, but the latest numbers and access to these samples/data must be arranged through the MQC site.
